- Booking Confirmation: Your reservation will be confirmed only after full payment is received. The Pillow House reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time.
- Guest Information: Confirmation also depends on receiving all guest names and contact details, especially for multiple room bookings.
- Payment Methods: Payment can be made via bank transfer or a secure online credit card payment link, available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable: Reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made.
- Changes: Modifications of your stay (date, length or room type), a RM50 fee per change will be applied and you may have to pay the rate difference as needed based on availability.
- Shortened Stays: If you shorten your stay, 50% of the rate will be charged for any cancelled nights.
- Cancellation, early departures or no-shows are the sole responsibility of the guest and are non-refundable.
