1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time starts at 3PM, and check-out time is at 11AM.
2. How do I get the keys?
Please collect your keys at Tower B Front Desk. A valid ID/Passport is required upon check-in.
3. Can I modify my check-in or check-out dates? If so, is there any additional cost?
Date modifications are available at a fee of RM50 per change. However, if the adjustment is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us for assistance.
4. Can I check-in early or request for a late check-out? If so, is there any additional cost?
Yes, early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional RM20 per hour, subject to room availability on that day.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Direct bookings with us are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, you can modify your booking dates for a fee.
6. Is there parking available? If so, is there any additional cost?
Each room includes one complimentary parking spot. Additional parking is available for RM15 per day (from 3 PM to 11 AM the next day).
7. Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the room rate?
All taxes are included in the room rates. No deposit is required upon check-in.
8. How do I get to the accommodation from the airport?
You can find our location map. Alternatively, Grab or Airport Taxi services can get you to our accommodation in just 5 minutes.
9. Is there a concierge service available for late check-in or early check-out?
Yes, our concierge service is available anytime for late check-ins and early check-outs.
10. Is there a swimming pool or fitness centre onsite? What are the hours?
Yes, we have both! Please refer to our discover for the latest operating hours.
11. Are pets allowed? If so, what are the policies and fees?
